1What payment type do you accept?
We accept several forms of payment ranging from Master Card, Verve, PayPal, Transferwise and the likes. We also accept direct transfers. Our experts can also help by informing you about the proper equipment and supplies that you need with your insurance coverage confinements.
2Do you rent medical equipment?
No, all our medical supplies are strictly for sale. We specialize in manufacturing and distributing medical supplies.
3What’s the coverage area of your delivery service?
For now, we are based in Georgia and deliver throughout Georgia. We hope to extend our distribution channels in the near future, though.
4How promptly do you deliver items?
We always strive to deliver every ordered item within 24 hours except in the eventuality of irregularities. However, note that the 24-hour delivery time doesn’t apply to special orders. For special orders, our experts will discuss your special requirements and review our inventory and arranged for the item to be ordered if it’s not in stock.
